My Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies
Let's get straight to it because cookies can't wait!
Chocolate Chip Cookies:
- 1 ½ cups butter
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 tsp vanilla
- 4 tsp arrowroot powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt ( i like a little more)
- 4 cups flour
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips (as many as desired)
Steps:
1. Preheat to 350 degrees
2. Melt butter and then mix in sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, arrowroot powder, salt. Once mixed well sprinkle in desired amount of chocolate chips.
3. Refrigerate dough for at least 20 minutes.
4. Bake for 9-10 minutes. Pull them out ans sprinkle with flakey gray french salt and then out back in the oven for 1 minute to set the salt. Enjoy!
