The Marriage Journal is a great time to connect with your spouse. I love that it can take 5 min or 50 min to do. It gets conversations going and helps to reconnect every time you do it together. My husband and I used it for almost a year then got out of the habit. I decided to just let my husband lead and let him bring up when we should do it again. Two years later he brought up that we should start doing it again. He recognized that it truly does give us the space to talk and connect.
