Returns are eligible on all non pre-order and limited availability items for up to 7 days after their delivery date.
Shipping for all non-defective or damaged products is the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded by The Roloff Co.
Pre-Order items will fall into normal return guidelines once they have been delivered.
